The march officially starts at Sacramento City College, in the lot between the college and Hughes Stadium. The program begins at 8:30, and the march departs at 9:15.

An optional “Extra Mile” starts at the Oak Park Community Center, at 3425 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. This program begins at 8am, and departs for the college at 8:30.
